TicketArt Publishing creates oversized, abstract ticket reproductions from memorable sporting events. From championships to record setting moments, each of our unique editions preserve a piece of sports history, the only piece that's authentic memorabilia…. The Ticket.
The first TicketArt painting, titled "2632," is an acrylic on canvas in recognition of Cal Ripken Jr's record setting consecutive game’s streak, which ended in the fall of 1998. The original was reproduced as a limited edition print on archival paper that was restricted to 350 signed, numbered, and autographed pieces.
Since first publishing 2632, TicketArt has created dozens of original pieces and sold thousands of framed prints. Event tickets include the Super Bowl and World Series, college football and basketball national championships, the Daytona 500, and Mark McGwire's record setting home run game in 1998 to name but a few.
Now, in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the U.S. Ryder Cup victory over Europe in 1999, we are releasing "Ryder Cup Sunday," a commemorative painting of the official event ticket from this historic come-back victory.
